ብሕጽር ዝበለ፡ ድሕሪ እቲ ሂወት ሚልዮናት ኣህዛብ ዓለምና ዝለከመ ቀዳማይን ካልኣይን ኩናት ዓለም ምክያዱ፡ እተን ሽዑ ንጡፍ ተሳትፎ ዝነበረንን ሓይሊ እንዳደለባ ዝመጻ ሃገራት ዓለምና፡ ብሰላማዊ ኣጋባብ ረብሓታተን ዘራጋግጻሉ ዓለምለኻዊ ማሕበራዉን ፖሎቲካዉን ትካል የድልየን ስለዝነበረ፡ ድሕሪ ቀዳማይ ኩናት ዓለም ማሕበር ሃገራት ዓለም (League of Nations)
